St Mary's Church Events
St Mary's Church provides a delightful and charismatic venue for purely acoustic performances. Limited P.A. provided by Wessex Acoustic Folk Club will be used this year for the first time to enhance speech levels.
It is only a short distance from the railway station and town centre shops.
There is parking at the church for blue badge holders, accessed via High Street then Church Hill as Church Hill is one way to the church entrance.
There are toilets in the adjoining church hall.
Sunday
Sunday morning at 10.30 there is a Folk Service, with dancing by a variety of sides.
Afternoon concert 3 - 4.30pm
Barron Brady - a delightful young enthusiastic duo singing traditional style songs.
Judy Dinning and Kenny Spiers - a stunning voice and sympathetic accompaniment
Final Closing Concert at 7pm
ARTISAN - yes the fabulous acapella trio return to the stage for a short one-off reunion tour - don't miss them!
